| We are proud of our office for striving to help the environment by reducing our waste and consumption of natural resources. To this end we have minimized the consumption of paper with the utilization of electronic medical records. By having an entirely electronic office we have been able to view patient charts, send in-office memos, office letters and view faxes without printing them, by simply using our computer terminals. We have also implemented a digital X-Ray processor. By doing this we have eliminated the use of our conventional X-Ray processor which used chemicals to develop X-Rays taken in the office. The waste produced from our conventional processor will no longer contribute to the environmental damage that we are all trying to prevent. There are other avenues we are exploring in our office to reduce waste and maintain our commitment to our environment. |
